Common questions
What counts as one decision?
One decision is one full analysis run — you describe your decision, select frameworks, and receive the structured results. Interview exchanges and re-calculations for that specific decision question made within a seventy-two hour window don't count as additional decisions.
Do unused decisions expire?
No. Your 100 decisions never expire, and anything left over carries forward if you buy another Yearly Pass.
Does the pass auto-renew?
No — there's no recurring charge. When you've used your 100 decisions (or your year is up and you want more), just grab another pass.
Which email should I use at checkout?
The same one you log in to Decision Helper with. Ko-fi tells us the buyer's email, and that's how your decisions are matched to your account. If you paid with a different email, contact us and we'll move them over.
I'm on the old $12/year plan — what happens to me?
Nothing changes until your paid year ends: you keep your free analysis each month, and any credits you purchased remain usable. When your year is up, the Yearly Pass is the way to continue.
Is my data private?
Your analyses are saved to your account only and are never shared. You can delete them at any time.
