Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Annual Plan ($12/year)

If you're not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you've used only your first monthly credit and feel the Service isn't right for you, contact us and we'll work something out.

Cancellations after the 14-day window will not be prorated — you'll keep access until the end of your billing year.

Per-Analysis Credits ($3.99 without subscription · $1 for subscribers)

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire and may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you haven't used any from that purchase.

Technical Issues

If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our end and a credit was deducted, we will restore the credit automatically or upon request.
